Paulina Lake is a large, crater lake in Newberry National Volcanic Monument. According to the Forest Service, "Paulina Lake, the larger twin, is the deepest at 250 feet (76 m)."

There are multiple campgrounds, some hot springs, and a wide variety of water based activity options, Motorized and non-motorized boats are allowed in the lake.

We stopped at the Paulina Lake Day Use Area and just walked to the lakes edge. We didn't spend too much time exploring this lake. It was large and pretty. We saw some people kayaking.
